For more than 15 consecutive years, SJS—also transacting business as SJS Industrial—has provided federal agencies and military commands with facilities-related support, focusing on boosting functionality and safety, increasing availability/uptime, and controlling life cycle costs.

Our Chief Executive Officer/Co-owner is a service-disabled veteran of the United States Navy and a Hispanic American entrepreneur with more than 25 years of executive management, business development and leadership experience.

    Our Chief Operating Officer/Co-owner is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps with more than 25 years of experience in program management, electrical engineering, military & federal sales, and business development.

      Chief Communications Officer

      Our Chief Communications Officer has more than 25 years of communications, proposal writing, and business development experience.

        SJS also transacts business under the trade name SJS Industrial, including skilled trades, industrial hygiene, and powder coating work.         Our Mission

        Become a Small Giant in the Government Contracting (GOVCON) Space

        SJS aims to be a “small giant” in the GOVCON industry; we strive to be nimble, efficient, and responsive to its customers, while also steadily building an expanding business in which employees feel valued and enjoy their daily work.

        We carefully balance the goal of providing our personnel with satisfying career development opportunities and providing our federal customers with expeditious and convenient professional services.

        Charitable Work

        As an SDVOSB, SJS prioritizes charitable initiatives that assist our nation’s veteran population. SJS also prioritizes its local community in its headquarters region of Hampton Roads, Virginia. Individual SJS employees often lead fundraising efforts for causes close to their hearts.

        EQUI-VETS and EQUI-KIDS

        SJS has donated time, labor, and funding to EQUI-VETS and EQUI-KIDS for multiple years in a row. These equestrian therapy groups in Virginia Beach help veterans and children affected by disabilities and conditions like traumatic brain injury (TBI) and anxiety to recover from, adapt to, and cope with physical and cognitive change.         Support for Old Dominion University (ODU)

        SJS is proud to support ODU and the academic success of its student body through various donations of time, labor, and funding, such as sponsorships and fundraising events, like the popular Monarch Cobia Classic fishing tournament.
